Nilofer A. Khatri, DMD, PA
Chief Smile Designer
Dr. Khatri, a Tallahassee native, received her undergraduate and dental training from the University of Florida prior to pursuing specialty training in pediatrics from New York University. Before moving to Venice and joining Dr. Janoff, she practiced pediatric dentistry in Tampa. Dr. Khatri has received numerous honors and awards, is a Courtesy Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Here’s the skinny: Dr. Khatri is Board Certified! It's a big deal. It’s important when selecting a pediatric dentist. Not every doctor is Board Certified.
There are real advantages to receiving care from a pediatric specialist with Board-Certification and membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, such as Dr. Khatri. Not every dentist, even pediatric dentists, is a member of this very exclusive group. Nor, do they have this specialized training.
Dr. Khatri and our crew-members are attentive to our kids’ clinical and emotional needs. They provide age appropriate explanations to minimize our kids’ concerns and to allay their very real fears. Dr. Khatri’s approach is conservative, focusing on prevention, education, and providing our kids with a positive dental experience. This leads to a lifetime of self-motivated care.
