Guest Experience Coordinator

We are a fast paced growing pediatric dentistry practice with an emphasized focus on hospitality in search of a full time guest experience coordinator.  You will be responsible for enlightened hospitality, concierge service, and random acts of heroism through welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. 

The main function of the role is to provide the guest with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness.  Sparking joy and delight in each person we encounter is the hallmark of our brand;  51% hospitality + 49% technical skill is the recipe for our legendary service. You must communicate well with all staff to satisfy a tremendous need for personal service and develop a true sense of community for the guest. As part of this job, this individual is required to demonstrate good computer skills, accurately handle payment transactions, and stand for long periods of time. 

The Guest Service Coordinator is responsible for creating an atmosphere that welcomes people, and pro-actively anticipates the needs of the guests so solutions can be offered before being requested, both scheduling and reminding guests of appointments, and personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each guest.

Primary Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Ability to multitask: telephones, computers and guests that are in front of you with reception duties; check-in/check out. 
  • Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor. 
  • Service-oriented, with a passion for connecting with current and future clients
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Provide guest insurance verification
  • Collaborating and coordinating with teammates, clientele, vendors, insurance companies, etc.
  • Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization. 
  • Assure prompt and positive action on all guest complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up.
  • Maintain consistent presence at the workstation. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour
